American Immigration Forums Privacy Statement

The protection of your personal contact information is of highest priority to the American Immigration Forums team. You provide AIF with your personal contact information for the purpose of participating in the AIF program. We limit the amount of your personal information that we collect to only what is necessary for communication purposes and for understanding basic demographics (in aggregate form) about AIF participants.

We do everything we can to ensure that your contact information, emails, and response data remain private and confidential. Though authorized AIF staff reserve the right to monitor lists, content, and response data, we will never share, sell, or rent your personal data to anyone, or any third party, for any reason.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to compile the AI Forums Report after a topic round of in-person forums and online survey. Information gathered for reports, or in a survey, is always in aggregate form and never in a way that could identify individuals. Your personal information is NEVER included in the AI Forums Report, and we do NOT track your survey responses with your personal contact information.

AIF securely disposes of personal information to prevent disclosure, and takes organizational, technological, and physical measures to securely safeguard personal information.

Your Email Address

The only emails you’ll receive from AIF are emails related to your participation. We will not sell or rent your email address, and we maintain ongoing security checks and upgrades to maintain the protection of your email address from online commercial predators.

If you receive correspondence from us requesting information, or your input on issues, we will explain the reasons behind the request and for what purpose this information will be used. The choice to participate is always your decision.
