  • Recommendation 16: Employment Identification Card
  • Recommendation 17: English Language
  • Recommendations 18-20: Illegal Immigration-Related Policies
  • Recommendation 21: Number of Employment-based Visas
  • Recommendation 22: Convertible Visa for Skilled Workers
  • Recommendation 23: Temporary Visas
  • Recommendation 24: Family-based Immigration

Themes to consider:

  • Do we shape immigration, or does it shape us? (page 11)
  • Benefits for America; benefits for immigrations themselves
  • Continuing the economic proseperity of America (recommendations 22 and 24)
  • Visas for skilled workers (recommendations 8, 21, and 22)

Formats to consider:

  • Inquiry based vs. debate based
  • Specific questions, while giving room to expand
